How to use:
- Apply Top No Wipe on the chosen color and then cure for 30 seconds (we recommend rubbing it into a warm top coat);
- Apply the powder using the applicator from the bottle;
- Rub the powder with your finger or a silicone tool;
- Seal the styling with a top coat and cure.
