- You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from the Arabesque Trading W.L.L online store.
2. How to Request a Refund

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
3. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

4. Processing Your Refund
