Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from the Arabesque Trading W.L.L online store.


2. How to Request a Refund

  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.

3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

4. Processing Your Refund

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
